lbNoteTxt=Off Hours Control will send turn-off commands to regions at the Turn Off Time, and repeat the commands at the given rate. So, it will automatically turn off the light, and allows users to re-turn on by wall switches (or app), which users will get extra minutes. To reduce the flickering effect, you use long fading time to avoid suddenly light-off.
